TRUE CHRISTMAS

Once a year we are celebrating this very special day. A when our lord Jesus Christ was born in a stable, surrounded by animals in Bethlehem. Christians and non-Christians celebrate Christmas as a major festival and public holiday in countries around the world. Others celebrate Christmas with gift-giving, decorating there Christmas trees and also caroling which is very much doing by children.
Christmas is not for one day only. Every day is Christmas if we practice giving, loving and peace. Our heart wrapped by darkness learns how to forgive our enemies no matter how bad they are.
Children are excited to receive their Christmas presents, but most important is let us be a role model to them, and explain the true essence of Christmas as a good time for forgiving those persons who left a scar on our hearts, time for being charitable to those persons who are helpless, and a pleasant time to have a strong bond with our loved once.

NOW IS THE TIME

“Climate change impacts affects water availability, water demand, water quality, storm water and waste water infrastructure, flood and coastal storm infrastructure, wild lands fires, ecosystem functioning, coastal zone functioning, navigation, and energy production and demand.” In short if we will not make a move, calamities will continue to destroy our homes and natural resources.
If we are going to realize why don’t we response to these life treating climate change. And to give me an idea on how to response to this climate change I have asked some persons on how they are going to response to it.
“One of the characteristics of living organism is the ability to adapt to their environment. We can adapt to climate change by doing sort of things. To sum it up, we can “think and do green” one of the best things we can do is to plant trees. These absorb co2 from the atmosphere which will prevent global warming. We should lessen the use of plastics for they have very destructive effect. We should stop burning waste and practice 3r. We should also have compos pit so well have organic fertilizers. We can do a lot with less effort. What we should have is discipline and cooperation.”

“Well, as a professional and advocate of student’s dev’t, climate change really affects us. It might be neither direct nor indirect; the responsibility is on our hands. Remember the 7 principles of nature, we, human were given the responsibility to work for everyone’s welfare specially the lower form of organism plus our environment. As indicated, let us work hand on hand to educate the youngster. Now is the time!”

See my friend; let us make our move now for a better tomorrow. Let us discipline ourselves and cooperate, let’s be resourceful in many ways to reduce the growing number of waste. Let’s know our responsibilities and work for it. NOW IS THE TIME FELLOW EARTHLINGS, wake up and be true to yourself.
